A small wheel-thrown vase glazed in a deep, glossy sapphire blue that pools and shifts in tone across the surface. The glaze reflects light and shadow, creating moments of near-black at the base and brighter cobalt tones at the rim. Rounded in form with a narrow opening, it’s ideal for a single stem or as a sculptural object on its own.
Part of an earlier studio batch, this piece carries a few subtle imperfections but holds bold presence. A functional and expressive object—one of a kind.
